I need some dance exercises/routines?

If you just started pointe, then you don't want to do pointe at home yet. It's not safe, and you could hurt yourself. But if you want to work on strengthening those muscles, try doing about forty slow releves, rolling through your feet. Roll up on the counts 1, 2, then down on 3, 4, and do it really slowly, reaching your full demi pointe on count number 2. Slowly like this: 1,2,3; (rolling up) 2,2,3; (just now reaching your full demi pointe) 3,2,3; (coming down) 4, 2, 3 (all the way down). You can wear demi pointe shoes if you have them, and it will speed up the process of makeing you stronger, or just wear regular soft ballet shoes.
