HOW TO GET RID OF ANKLE PAIN?!?!?:(?

Ok so in december i rolled my car and broke my anke and i had to have ankle surgery and they put 2 permanent screws in my ankle.. its been about 7-8 months since my surgery and having the screws put in and my ankle hurts everyday. it is always in pain when i walk or run or pu weight on it.. will this ever go away and how can i relieve the pain?
