What is wrong with me?

for the past couple of days i have been getting the worst cramps in my lower abdomen. I recently got off of my menstrual cycle so that is what I thought the cramps were but they have not stopped. After maybe twenty minutes of this excruciating pain I feel like I really have to relieve myself and when I do, my waste is green. Like neon green. I have no idea what is wrong with me. Can anyone help me please?!
