EXTREME PAIN AFTER WART REMOVAL BY FREEZING?

i got some warts frozen off at the doctors at 2.30 this arvo. i have quite a big one on my little toe and the pain is almost unbearable! nothing i do can relieve it. I have taken 2 panadol at 6pm and it did not work. i am 38 weeks pregnant so i cant take much for the pain. Just wondering what i should do or try to help with the pain. :(
