Is this proof that China is going to beat the United States in pretty much everything?

China is not a foolish Nation, they learn from history. Japan industrialised just as quickly as China is doing now. Japan believed it could replace Western Imperialism with it's own version of Eastern Imperialism. The result? for Japan it was catastrophe, it was not just that Japans industrial base was no match for Americas, but Japan lacked the historical know how and experience that America had. China is enjoying wealth, luxury and success now, what makes you think they want to pick a fight with America?
