I'm on O2 and need a mechanical lift to hoist 43 lb concentrator into Subaru for travel?

I can lift the 43 lbs a few inches. Need to slide/roll the concentrator into the back of my Subaru Outback to go places for more than my portable tanks allow. --weekends, etc. There must be a flat rolling jack that I can put the concentrator on, roll the jack to the car, have the jack lift the concentrator, and roll it off the platform and into the flat back of the Subaru. Where do I look for same? Smart alec answers show ignorance and lack of compassion.
