My dads been out of town for two weeks and I have a 13 and a 3 year old brothers so I'm tryin to help out around the house by cleaning, cooking, and doing other chores. My 13 year old brother watches my 3 year old brother and gets lots of thanks and praise. When I help, I get thanks but I just feel unappreciated and really guilty all the time. I try to relieve my moms stress but I'm not good enough. I tried talking to my mom about how I feel and she said 90% of her time and resources go into me and she's overwhelmed by me and says I'm mentally distorted. She says that the things I do to "help" are just things that should come natural when you're a part of a family and that I should do those things automatically. She says that she never knows what she's gonna get when she talks to me cuz I might be angry or moody and she feels like she never says anything right to me because I'm so sensitive. For the last 2 hours I've been crying so much and I feel so useless and guilty I want to die.. I'm never going to be good enough and helpful because I'm so high maintaince and difficult to my mom. I hate myself and I wish I could be a good person. I try so hard but it's never enough :'( please help me!!! :(

i mean is it going to show on my record and how is it going to affect me...this is how it happened i went into sears with my gf and i notice some shorts without a sensor thing i was so tempted on getting them but i was scared because i am not a thief but i finally decided to put them on top of my other shorts i walked around bought a couple of things and as soon as i stepped out of the store some guys aproached me and told me to follow them i didnt want to make a scene or be in more trouble so i just cooperated. i went into the room and gave them my id i was in there for a long time. they wrote a long report and had me sign some papers she then called their legal department and told me that they would call back in a few minutes. at first they said no cops would be involved so i was relieved but after she made another call to the legal department she said that police might come but she wasnt sure. police never came and she ended up letting me leave but told me i would recieve a letter on the mail in about 3 weeks. that the letter would be a fine between 40 dollars to 400 dollars depending on what their legal department thinks....the item i tried stealing was only 9.99 on the rack but they wrote it down as 36 supposebly that was the real price i didnt damage the item at all i actually had asked them if i could just purchased the item and leave but they didnt let me until i filled out some papers. someone please help me with the situation i just wanna know if this affects my record and also how much the fine would be when it comes in....i regret my act today and i feel like crap..i need some answers please

All major seals leak on 2000 Chevy?

I got an oil change at Jiffy Lube about a month ago and they reported that "all seals leak: Major" and they had no read on the oil level when i brought it in. You really need strong ballet technique along with a strong body and that takes time, There is no shortcut to that. Often recreational dance teachers put their students up too soon due to either the pressure of losing the student to another school, or due to not knowing better because of the training they came from. When you go en pointe, the transition should be seamless. If you cannot do it on flat, you wont be able to do it en pointe.

If you have ballet class immediately after your jazz/tap class, you should wear your ballet clothes and maybe roll up your tights and put on some booty shorts over your ballet clothes. I'm sure you'll be fine just wearing your ballet slippers to class if you're just trying it out. I don't think you'll need anything else. Just take everything you usually take to class. I'm originally from Bangladesh, a small country in South Asia. Actually, my parents are from there. I was born in Italy. But my roots are from there. I went there a month ago to see my sick granddad. And I am sickened by how the men their treat their women. They treat them like cattle and property. It is a highly patriarchal society. The women cook, clean and look after the children and don't work. 99% of women there are traditional housewives who bow down to their husbands and kiss their feet. My mom however, is a doctor. She is one of the very few women who work. But she still cooks, cleans, looks after my little brother and works. My dad is unemployed at the moment. He doesn't do anything. He just eats, sleeps and goes to the toilet. He occasionally helps my mom. And my parents live in Australia, which is a western society. Sometimes, I wish I could teach my dad a MAJOR lesson. But how? I honestly don't understand how my mom could bear all this. My dad is not that bossy unlike the other Bangladeshi men. He does listen to my mom and he DOES what my mom tells him to do. But he just has a know it all attitude that annoys me. Well, anyway this isn't about my family. It's about my auntie and other women who go through the pain. My auntie is among the 1% who go to work in Bangladesh. She told me her everyday scenario from first thing in the morning is waking up, making breakfast for husband and then apparently getting scolded and getting divorce threats from her husband for making a crap breakfast, then going to work in a crammed bus, and then taking bs from sexist boss. She told me her boss teases and makes fun of her for working because she is a female. Then, after a long & tiring day at work she goes home again to be yelled at by her husband. Her husband accuses her of coming home so late! WTF!!! This is SO messed up! I mean her husband eats FREE, doesn't help around the house at ALL, doesn't work and yet he yells at her for working late so that HE gets his daily bread! And my auntie is actually a housewife. She has to work because her husband either can't find a job or is TOO lazy to work! And the rest of the 99% of women don't even get the chance to work because if they work they APPARENTLY will become DISOBEDIENT to their husbands and fathers and become too smart. They stay home and lick their husbands feet and tolerate their BS. The average Bangladeshi woman is dependent on their male relatives their whole entire life, from birth till death. From birth till maturity she is dependent upon her father. After that she is married off & is therefore is dependent upon her husband. And when her husband is old and retires she is dependent upon her son (if she has one). In marriages, the girl has to go live in her husband's parents house where she serves her husband & in laws, especially her mother and father in law. After that she is pressured by husband & in-laws to give birth to a son. I have seen guys go as far as divorcing their wives and marrying new ones because their ex wives have failed to give birth to a son. The women have no say in public matters and society related issues. They are are usually told to shut up because they "don't know anything". I am horribly disgusted with this disgusting attitude towards women and relieved at the same time because I am lucky enough to not be in their shoes. Should I return the diamond rings I bought?

Oh my gosh how did you even know what suicide is when you were in the first grade? In grade 1 I was only 6 years old and had no clue about these things! Sorry to say his but it's not a bad thing.. I saw my psychologist on a regular basis and I actually thought she was the only one who understood me. Please don't kill yourself. If your mom is in any way harming you then you should really do something about it. Please get some help! Ipod nano 5th generation problem...?

Ok. I'm on vacation and i slipped and fell in a bit of water while my Ipod was in my pocket. It got a little wet and it was basically out before i got it wet. i pressed the menu button and the little Apple screen showed up, so i was pretty relieved. Then i took it home and charged it up and i took it out and it is now stuck on lock. The button works, i'm able to flip it on and off but that doesn't change anything, there is still the little ipod lock in the corner. I tried to reset it, that didn't work because it is LOCKED. I tried to restore, that didn't do anything either. I was told to let it dry out because it got wet...but it happened yesterday and no change. But if you want to work on strengthening those muscles, try doing about forty slow releves, rolling through your feet. Roll up on the counts 1, 2, then down on 3, 4, and do it really slowly, reaching your full demi pointe on count number 2. Slowly like this: 1,2,3; (rolling up) 2,2,3; (just now reaching your full demi pointe) 3,2,3; (coming down) 4, 2, 3 (all the way down). You can wear demi pointe shoes if you have them, and it will speed up the process of makeing you stronger, or just wear regular soft ballet shoes.

How much boost does the gauge say under the spedometer? some times the boost actuator hoses crack and all a sudden you have over 14 psi boost and slipping clutch. So anyway we were going to renew our vows in front of all our family and friends, but due to the extreme drama with my family and the lack of happiness in his family we are finding it increasingly hard to include them in our wedding plans. I am 13 years old and have been doing ballet since I was 3. I go to a reputable ballet school, and I dance 4-5 days per week, which is 7 hours of ballet, an hour and a half of jazz, an hour and a half of modern, and a variant amount of pointe. I have been on pointe for 3 years and I am very serious about ballet. I hope to become a professional ballet dancer. Last summer I went to Canada to attend the Royal Winnipeg Ballet summer program. Should I return the diamond rings I bought?

I bought 2 diamond rings on sale at Macys. I am a shopper and can't resist a deal. I bought them whereby I can pay them off in 24 months which will come to $340 A month. I am anorexic and I have depression and an anxiety disorder. I've been going to therapy, seeing doctors, and overall, I'm really resource and time consuming. My dads been out of town for two weeks and I have a 13 and a 3 year old brothers so I'm tryin to help out around the house by cleaning, cooking, and doing other chores. My 13 year old brother watches my 3 year old brother and gets lots of thanks and praise. When I help, I get thanks but I just feel unappreciated and really guilty all the time. I try to relieve my moms stress but I'm not good enough. I tried talking to my mom about how I feel and she said 90% of her time and resources go into me and she's overwhelmed by me and says I'm mentally distorted. She says that the things I do to "help" are just things that should come natural when you're a part of a family and that I should do those things automatically. She says that she never knows what she's gonna get when she talks to me cuz I might be angry or moody and she feels like she never says anything right to me because I'm so sensitive. Releves and eleves (on flat) will help you tremendously. Do them slowly and with control and they'll greatly improve your strength. Pointing and flexing against a theraband is also very helpful.

Should I take private ballet lessons?

If this is a ballet academy, often they have open classes for teens and/or adults. You wouldn't be in their pre-professional program if this is a serious school, but do check to see what they may have available for you. You would do better as a beginner to be in group classes. Private lessons are for working on specific problems that need improvement and are expensive. They are also best taken after a regular class because your body is already warmed up and you can go right to work. Contact them and find out. It may be listed on their website if they have one.

I'm writing a story. A man is riding a horse into town and wants to give a woman he meets on the side of the road a ride. He climbs down, they chat a bit, then he wants to help her mount the horse. The problem is I want the woman to be sitting behind him, not in front of him. How can this be done actually? I tried to picture it in my head, but the details just don't work. Advice for raising the engine?

im wanting to replace my trucks passenger motor mount. it should be relatively easy compared to other self-repairs. the thing is, i have to raise the engine a bit to take pressure off the mount. i don't have an engine hoist nor do i know where to locate one that i can use. i was suggested putting a wooden board under the oil-pan and using a jack, but im afraid that will warp or damage the oil pan. any help here? can i raise the engine safely with the jack and board or should i try to find an engine hoist?

i have not yet started pointe but i have been doing ballet for a long time. my feet are very narrow. my first two toes are the same length and the rest are tapered. i have long toes, and bunions (where the toe joint is more prominent). my dance teacher recommended me to get Bloch heritage pointe shoes because they're good for beginners. They have a v shaped vamp, which should work because my toes are long and narrow. But when I was fitted I preferred the feel of the Bloch Axiom shoes with a u shaped vamp. I didn't really know how they should fit at all. the fitter asked me which i could feel the floor with more and i could feel it a lot in the Axiom shoes, whereas only slightly in the Heritage shoes. now when i am wearing them on flat foot i can feel the tips of my toes on the platform, almost like they are curling inside. I'm going to get them checked out by my teacher, but the fitter isn't very pleasant.

Help blisters!? stings and burns? what should i do! have a performance in an hour!!!?

Okay so I have a performance in like an hour And I have two blisters on my heels from my pointe shoes. I bought new shoes and they don't aggravate the blisters but when I dance the blisters sting and I have a hard dance and a solo where I kick my leg up high and hit the tambourine. We r performing in the studio so I can't make faces if my feet hurt cuz the people will see it. Most of the people coming are people who donate to the school and people who used to dance. Because of my blisters I feel so nervous like I'm going to throw up. Help me! I took a painkiller, put BFI powder on, AND I put antibacterial bandaids on. What else can I do? There's no such thing as an Intermediate 'routine', only the set exercises from the syllabus. You need to find an RAD registered teacher who will actually teach you how to do all the exercises properly, and who will train you in the correct technique. Intermediate is one of the vocational graded exams, and the technique and terminology are far too complex to explain in one short message here, it takes most candidates at least a year of training to prepare for the Intermediate examination, doing 3 or more lessons of ballet a week. If you want to learn this work, find an RAD teacher and take lessons like everyone else, ballet is not something that can be successfully self taught.

Excruciating migraine! help!?

Hello ive had migraines since i was 15 (im 28 now)and nothing seems to help or even take the edge off except for vicodin or norco and since i no longer have health insurance i don't take them anymore and cant afford to go and pay for a consultation with a doctor and yet alone pay for medication. I have tried everything over the counter that swears to relieve migraines and it does nothing for me. I guess my question is...does anyone know of a pill that can be bought (legally) over the counter that has the same potency as either vicodin or norco. Since like i mentioned earlier they help ALOT with my severe migraines, they don't go away completely but 90% of the pain is gone when i take them. Ive tried other alternatives to medication such as acupuncture, relaxation, aroma therapy, relaxing music...well you get my point. I understand that maybe i need to get seen by a specialist but while i save up money for one what can i do or try? thanks for reading

I took 4 years of ballet as a little kid then stopped and did twirling for 3 years and now im in Color Guard. I do guard year round and the group i am involved in is kind of intense. You could try using vamp elastic. Vamp elastic is a wide piece of elastic that you sew at the throat of your pointe shoe to keep your toes from "knuckling over". If you sew it tightly onto the shoe, it could help it to be tighter. Also, you should tighten the drawstring to be as tight as you want, then tie it in a double knot and cut it off to be a couple inches long, then you tuck it in. i think you know what the problem is. your uppermost neck vertebra is subluxated-misaligned and fixated, and pressing on nerves in your spinal cord. some of the affected nerves control your neck muscles. you make the situation worse by cracking it, even though it might feel better briefly. there is one solution. go to an hio method upper cervical specific chiropractor (not a commonplace spinal manipulator), and get it precisely corrected, and keep it corrected. before you do that, though, you need to change your habits. number one, never crack your neck. if you do it even once, you will mess it up again. never lay down on your stomach. this puts a lot of stress on your upper neck and will make it misalign also. don't even rub or stretch your upper neck. if you don't want to follow these instructions, forget about getting better, and don't waste the chiropractor's time and effort.

i like it so far your description is pretty good, but it was kind of hard to follow the flip flop between Addison's thoughts and Ricky's thoughts, but i like the omniscient point of view, i really think it works well. for 20 minutes of writing it seems pretty good, the characters seem to be slightly developed and work very well with each other and it is obvious that they have a strong connection from their history, but they dont know that the other feels that way

How to beat a self-harming addiction?

Sort of makes me think things must have been pretty intense far back at times, probably many. Sometimes our parents, mothers try to do things they can't and end up with messed up children. The tensity of the life of the mother usually portrays one of extremities and at that probably made the life inside one of turmoil and strife if not worse. Of course we have no control over this as children trying to grow up with reality as it is, nobody ever wants to discuss these things openly so we are left with having to guess our way as to the whats and whys of our behavior. I can just imagine what it must be like for an infant that has survived an abortion attempt with a coathanger. That is why we make it legal.

What kind of Grishko Pointe shoes should I get?

I was interested in Grishko for pointe shoes and, as a guide, was wondering what style to get. I have a medium profiled, medium arched, 25-25.5cm in size, and somewhat tapered foot. I also need to be able to easily get up on the box and easily roll through demi-pointe to pointe. I would also like the shoe, if possible, to highlight my medium arch (dreaming of a nice arch one day, still working on it!). So what style/size/hardness of shank should I get? Thanks for the help!

Should i be ashamed of my figure skating?

I'm 13 and I'm going to high school in the fall, and I haven't even landed my single axel. Everyone tells me it isn't my fault, because my mom hardly takes me skating while my friend who landed hers goes 5 times a week, i barely make 2 times a week. I started skating when I was 5, but after i got into Beta I moved and didn't skate again till i was 7. Then my mom stopped taking me a lot so I started again in about 6th grade. I actually started skating, though, in the middle of seventh grade (half hour private lessons with my coach, freestyle sessions for better skaters, and I was in freestyle 5). I've been working on axel for nearly a year, and I haven't landed it!!! I go about twice a week. On Wednesday, I skate for about half an hour, then do ballet for half an hour (we mostly stretch or work on balance, I'm not on pointe yet) then I skate for another half hour or hour. On Friday, I skate for about a half hour in the freestyle session for my level, then the public session for everyone for a half hour. I try to stretch at home and do off-ice also. Sometimes though my mom doesn't even take me these two days! I also haven't had a coach for a few months. I can do an ok-camel spin, my sit is very good on occasion but I often travel, an ok-backscratch that's kinda short though, and my other jumps are very good. I can do an outside spread eagle, bauer, Ina bauer where you lean back, and I'm the only one at my rink who can do an outside bauer, or perhaps even an Ina bauer, including the elite skaters. But still, should I be ashamed when skating in the freestyle session because I can't do any good jumps like axel and my spins aren't that great either and the only thing I can do is footwork? Please help I don't even like to practice the few times I do skate because I'm so ashamed compared to the other skaters:( Also, any tips on landing the axel? I used to be better when I had a coach I'd land in the landing position just need a quarter of rotation left, now I don't rotate all the way and just open my arms. EVERYONE tells me to keep my arms in and not be afraid, but I can't help it, they just fly out!!! I can do it fine off ice, I can even do double toe sometimes off ice. PLEASE HELP!:((

You should definitely get someone to get your inhaler for you! In the meantime, steam from a warm shower could help your airways some. You still need the inhaler though so you don't keep getting worse. I would guess a major flare up would wake you up.

How old is too old for ballet?

I am a 30 year old woman. I have loved the ballet for many years since I was a child. My parents couldn't afford to get me lessons, so I never learned. I'm in a place in my life where I can pay for it myself and learn as much as I want. I have no crazy notions of being a professional, as I know professionals start young and retire young. I am just wondering if it's possible for me to learn the technique and get on pointe eventually? It would be purely for pleasure and passion. I have often been asked if I danced in the past because I have a dancers body, very slim, small breasted, longer legs. So i don't have a lot of weight to lose or anything. Is is possible? Has anyone done this? Any suggestions on classes or good DVDs/videos/books etc? There aren't many adult classes in my area. Unless I drive about 45 min, which I'd be willing to do, but if there's anything that could help me out at home, that would be wonderful for days I can't drive so far!!! if you are just starting at sixteen, and have only don it 3 years, at that age, don't go strait into pointe. cause you're muscles start weakening after 2 or 3 days of not doing ballet, so imagine that amount of time. never too old too start. i would say, wait six months to even a year before starting pointe.

Are certain types of floors better or worse for ballet studios?

I've been to a dance studio where they had wood floor but I heard that wooden floor is bad for your knees (or something like that). I've also been to a ballet studio that has this black floor that isn't slippery and it's really good when going en pointe. So is there really a type of floor that's better or does is not really matter? :)

Is it unrealistic for me to want to be a dancer on Broadway someday?

I'm 13 and have always wanted to be a dancer on Broadway, I know it's not as glamorous as most people seem to think it is and I know it doesn't pay that well. I just want to do it because I love dance and performing for people. I dance 15 hours a week altogether (4 ballet classes, 1.5 hours each; 2 pointe classes, 45 minutes each; 2 jazz classes, 1.5 hours each; and 3 modern classes, 1.5 hours each. ) I also have some acting abilities, but I can't sing very well. I'd be willing to try to work on that though. Do I have any chance of becoming a dancer on Broadway?

Have built up several jeeps and discovererd several new products from 4wd.com and quadratec.com. I built my own winch system using their design and it works very well. I highly regimens it. Found mold in my basement apartment, green with white fluffy stuff?

I was away from home for a couple of weeks, and when I came home today I walked into a very smelly, damp feeling apartment. I've only lived here since March, but since the weather has warmed up I did notice it was very cool and damp all the time - I was kind of relieved with the cool air, didn't need to buy an air conditioner, but the dampness concerned me a bit. Anyway, after cleaning almost everything in my apartment, it still smelled very strongly, kind of like sewage but more just like something rotten. I looked around and came across a big patch of green mold in my bedroom, just above the baseboards, and it looked like it was growing down under the carpet and smelled awful. I also noticed that it was right below one of my windows, and I do remember one day about a month ago that I was out and left the window open and there was a big downpour - but when I came home there didn't seem to be that much wetness, I cleaned up most of it anyway, I don't know if that's what it is. I've had plumbing problems in this place already as well so I'm wondering if the pipes could be leaking under the floor making the carpet damp. I'm staying at my boyfriends now and took my pets with me, but I'm feeling really off, like nauseous and really tired with a headache. I'm going to contact my landlord tomorrow, but should I be concerned about how I feel right now or will it subside? Thanks

My husband works sanitation at a factory, 12 - 16 hours a day. He is constantly standing, wearing big rubber boots. I am trying to find what the strength of a tree limb is to know if I can use it as an engine hoist, It rises at about a 85 degree angle, I would be using another branch off that limb to stop the hoist from falling back to the base of the limb, the weight would be about 5 feet from the base of the limb (limb is about 20-25 feet total to the tips of the final branches of it) and would need to support about 600-700 pounds. I get these mainly when I get sick, run down, or have an allergic reaction. It's very painful this time because the ulcers position is right where my tongue moves. What does this nightmare mean?

I had this weird nightmare where I saw a dog outside in my garden attacking and raping my puppy. I ran outside with a bat for protection, it tried coming at me but I took a swing and hit the dog in the face which either seemed to kill it or knock it out cold. Then I ran to to my puppy and she was covered in blood, a horrible state. I was so sad. I don't remember much after that, think I woke up soon after. I was just relieved it was all just a dream and she's fine. Does it mean anything?

Why am I having such a hard time with my mom?

I know she is really trying to make me happy, but all she does is make me miserable. First off, I have anxiety, and she can't comprehend that I'm not trying to be irrational; that's just how I think. Then she will act like I'm being mean and taking stuff too seriously when I get upset, but I can't help it. I also lost weight in the fall to the point where I was unhealthy. I started seeing a nutritionist, and she says I am at a healthy weight, but my mom doesn't believe it. She will go and buy food that she knows I like and she won't eat it so that I feel like I have to have it just to let it not go to waste. She knows that I had to gain weight, and even though I am healthy, it's still hard when she will eat barely anything (no carbs), but I have to force food down my throat even though I am not hungry just to eat enough. Then she practically brags about how she doesn't like to eat this or she doesn't like that, and it's really upsetting because I feel like she is rubbing it in my face. I hurt my hip, so I can't go running, but that is how I relieve my stress. It's all building up inside me, so I keep getting stomach cramps because I have nowhere to release my frustration. I'm just going crazy and I don't know what to do!

I like Grishko 2007's as well, because they have a really hard box that lasts pretty long. I tried Russians but the box became too soft right away. I also have wide feet and Grishkos make my feet look a little narrower :)

Been there done that...women are more emotional than men. They don't understand or think like we do...maybe you should have been more up front in the beginning...idk...but no matter what don't stop being who you are out of fear and hurt associated with rejection. Though you want the pain to go away right now to avoid the hurt, it will not. Time heals all wounds. Move on, if he want you, he'll take the necessary steps to have you. i got some warts frozen off at the doctors at 2.30 this arvo. i have quite a big one on my little toe and the pain is almost unbearable! nothing i do can relieve it. Mosquito bite swollen and painful?

My boyfriend was bitten last night by a mosquito. He is very susceptible to them, I've never seen someone get bit more often than him. Today he woke up and one of the bites is massive. I also started with Bloch Balance European, but when i went back the next time my arches were to strong and would have broke the shanks after a few practices. I have a sore throat, I have been feeling a bit dizzy and tired over the past few days?

About three days ago, I started having a sore throat, I started guessing I would probably go under a flu. But then I never had any nose congestion or coughing. What is wrong with me?

for the past couple of days i have been getting the worst cramps in my lower abdomen. I recently got off of my menstrual cycle so that is what I thought the cramps were but they have not stopped. After maybe twenty minutes of this excruciating pain I feel like I really have to relieve myself and when I do, my waste is green. Like neon green. I have no idea what is wrong with me. I can lift the 43 lbs a few inches. Need to slide/roll the concentrator into the back of my Subaru Outback to go places for more than my portable tanks allow. --weekends, etc. There must be a flat rolling jack that I can put the concentrator on, roll the jack to the car, have the jack lift the concentrator, and roll it off the platform and into the flat back of the Subaru. Good for you! I'm sure you are ready to be en pointe because obviously you seem to be concerned about working very hard! Anyways, do plenty of plies and releves and roll throughs to help build strength in your ankles, which will actually help your arch. Also, to help with the pointing aspect, and also with the arches and strength is to take a theraband and wrap it around your foot. Then slowly point and flex your foot, varying the amount of tension you have on the band. Hope I helped! Good luck! :)

You must be strong enough and developed enough before starting en pointe. Also, depending on the studio you go to they might have certain requirements. For example, at my studio we have to take our grade one Cecchetti exam along with being strong and developed enough. You don't want to go en pointe before your body is ready because you could really hurt yourself.

This stuff you put in the tank was a waste of time and probably had nothing to do with this problem. This is an old car and probably all corroded underneath. You'll have to jack it up and drop the tank, and find out where the lines are rusted out. You'll have to fabricate some new sections and figure out how you're going to install it. It will be a hard and dirty job, I assure you, I've done this kind of thing more than once.

What is RAD ballet? Can a beginner start it?

RAD is the (Royal academy of dance) ballet, they are quite intensive I say and require a lot of practice. However, it's really not that hard. You'd probably want to start somewhere around grade 3-4? as you have no background in ballet. I do ballet and now Im going to start RAD 7 in september. (I'm 14) But that is considered (higher level) starting from grade 6, its considered "higher level" so 3-4.You'll do fine!HOPE THIS WAS USEFUL!? :)

Many pointe shows can come in narrow sizes, but with everyone, it just depends on your feet. I have really narrow feet, so i have Russian Entradas, which i love, but most russians are narrow. Also, Gamba, Sansha, Freed, and some Capezios and Blocks are good too. I might try a different type of Grishkos for you because i've heard that they are good for narrow feet. Anyway, ask the person fitting you what they think the best shoe would be for your narrow feet, and explain that you don't want the Grishko 2007. Good luck

I'm Starting Pointe Next Year, Any Advice or Exercises?

It sounds like you've got a good strengthening regime already, but ankle and leg strength is only part of the equation. You will need more core strength in order to transition seamlessly from flat to pointe, so I would strongly recommend that you add some Pilates. You can find DVDs in your local library, or if you have Comcast/Xfinity cable there are some good workouts available on demand. I recommend Nicole Stewart or Tandy Gutierrez because they stick close to the original, whereas many other trainers veer off into calisthenics, defeating the purpose. You can drop the crunches because Pilates will take their place, and forget about doing arabesques without supervision as another person suggested. Unless you are doing them absolutely correctly you run the risk of weakening or injuring your lower back. Pilates will do everything and more than mindless repetitions of arabesques. Good luck on pointe!
